Branch AGM 2008

In accordance with the Clarsach Society constitution and the branch byelaws, all committee members will retire and be eligible for re-election at the Branch AGM, which will this year be held during The Friars residential weekend.

The current committee members are all willing to accept nominations to continue in their present posts (see Committee Members).

Any other nominations for the above committee posts should be proposed and seconded in writing and received by the Secretary by October 27th.

The post of ‘Youth Advisor’ is currently vacant. If anyone would like to apply for this committee position, please contact the secretary (see back page). The intention of the role is to provide a point of contact, and representation on the committee, for the younger members of the branch, and it is envisaged that the role should be filled by someone under 21.

The 16th Branch AGM will be held at 4.30 pm on Friday October 31st 2008, at The Friars, Aylesford, Kent. If you would like to attend the AGM and are not attending The Friars course, please let us know by emailing us.
